What does coaching with lincolnshire marketing look like?
Let’s start with a simple statement.
We will only ever take on a client if we feel we can add value. With marketing, everything is measurable. Put simply, we’ll soon be caught out if we tell you we can do something to earn a quick pay cheque only to let you down.
When Tom started doing consultancy work, he was keen to be able to add value to the business he worked with and that meant understanding their needs and being able to help deliver on a plan to reach desired outcomes.
Making sure that we support clients and deliver on agreed objectives means that our clients will be happy and we will get that 5 star review that’s important to our business.
So what is involved with coaching?
We start with a discussion and where your business lies, what you would like to achieve and what is standing in the way.
We then come up with some agreed objectives.
We will tell you where we thing their are opportunities and threats (that’s right, we do a SWOT analysis).
Then if you like it, we agree terms and talk about a start date.
During the course of our work together, whether it’s ongoing or a project, we check in with each other regularly to see assess progress and to see where you feel you need additional support.
*One quick caveat - we have a waiting list of clients at the moment and no vacancies for ongoing retainer work. Flatteringly, our clients love what we do and stick around.
