Building an effective website
What should you consider?
SEO
CONTENT and COPY
BACKLINKS
An effective website does 3 things:
It attracts the right audience.
It directs them to the right content and holds their attention.
It captures their information or allows them to make a purchase.
Can you build your own website?
The short answer is yes. It’s never been easier to build your own website and there are tons of tools, tutorials or ‘drag and drop’ technology to help. That doesn’t mean you should though.
Remember that it still needs to look professional and be functional. It needs to help you achieve your corporate objectives.
I’m bound to say that because it’s a service I offer. But… I will only ever help if I feel like I can add value and if the type of website you require is more complex than I can design, or if the functionality needed isn’t my forte, I’ll let you know.
It starts with a conversation and understanding, not a sales pitch.
